One week flew past again omg. Okay tried Starbucks' dark mocha white chocolate pudding, read Jodi Picoult's The Storykeeper and went for Marketing camp in the past week.

Dark mocha white chocolate pudding sounds so delicious but it seriously wasn't nice. Luckily I waited for one for one HAHA. I feel so smart for guessing that Starbucks would surely have a one for one promotion for a new drink. I think the best limited edition (is that the right word) drink definitely is Salted Caramel Mocha SIGHHH. They should just serve it instead of coming up with the white chocolate pudding mehhhh. Or serve christmas drinks all year around. I WOULD BE SO HAPPY HEHE.

Moving on to Jodi Picoult. After reading the book, I was like "omg omg I so proud to be a fan of Jodi Picoult". HAHA even though I guessed the ending AHA. Read too much of her books and hence I understand how she loves to give some twisted endings.

Marketing Camp ended yesterday. Two days one night camp and it was the most chillax camp ever. Had five hours of sleep and had BBQ where the seniors serve us. LIKE WOW. And the goodie bag damn awesome. Laniege skincare and MBD masks. YAY. It was supposed to mask only but I managed to convince the guys that they don't need the masks HAHAHA. After breaking camp, I went to Changi Village for the first time. (Okay noob) And tried the famous Nasi Lemak. Okay good job ._. Throat going to die already.

Driving lesson today and thanks to my throat, I coughed till my face turned red ._. Okay I lost count of the number of lessons I had already, but glad to announce that I am really feeling more confident these days :) Even though I almost crashed into a car today omg thank goodness I wasn't driving alone haha.

Shall go and watch some Youtube videos while waiting for nails to dry. Love the colour combination hehehe, self praise. Okay bye.

Summer holidays are really coming to an end soon. :( Really going to miss these days when I can bum around at home doing nothing cause the next holidays I will be probably doing my internship sigh pie. Extremely unwillingly to start school cause I have to meet new people again, I am like super antisocial SIGHHH. Projects arghhh.

Marketing camp next weekend (I feel so antisocial), NBS welcome day on 5th August, heading to KL from 6th to 9th August. And then dreadful school beginning on 12th. Add/drop period. Time to get my modules. Arghhh bloody course registration. I wonder which idiot actually showed his or her appreciation to them. Okay maybe I am an unappreciative person.

Well between the last time I posted anything here and now, I watched Despicable Me 2, tried Paris Baguette at Wisma (only tried pudding the last time), passed FTT :) Despicable Me was quite funny but quite a lot of people felt that the first was better oh well. Anything with Agnes has to be good. She's so cuteee.

Paris Baguette was quite overhyped in my opinion. Erm the seafood chowder bread bowl was hard, the white chocolate pastry was forgettable. I like the crumble for the Queen's muffin which was actually some blueberry muffin. Love blueberries woohoo. Bacon roll was quite unique. Egg in it. Ordered Cappuccino to compare the taste here to the one in Korea hahaha. Oh well, it only cost $4 in Korea but $6 here. Not worth it. Starbucks much more worth it. I guess Huggs still have the best coffee in terms of affordability and it really taste good (if you really like coffee, since Starbucks is like erm sweet)

Queen's Muffin, Sweet Bacon Roll (and white chocolate puff and tiramisu in the background)

Shopping in Town on a weekday is so shiokkk, all the school kids in school ahaha. Finally got a blazer from G2000 for like $39 :) Always looking out for discounts hehe.

Okay I was at town yesterday haha. Was supposed to try Wild Honey (Eggs Benedict!) but the queue was longgg, so I tried Maison Kaysers which was not bad. I really like the fact the prices on the menu already included the GST and service charge so you don't have to take out your phone to calculate it haha.

Set lunch plus a bowl of soup for $11.40 and I became really full. Surprise surprise.

And then for dinner... I had dimsum again. Really want to go Tim Ho Wan the next time I go for dimsum LOL. Ate like $20 worth of dimsum whatttttt. HAHA really sat down there, spam tea and eat and eat. Finally tried the mango pudding, logan pudding and mango pomelo thing.

Okay shall go off to read some book BYEEEEEE.

I feel as if I have one of the worst planning skills on Earth. :( Spent hours thinking whether if I should sign up for practical test soon. Because if I go, I probably have to balance projects and lessons. If I don't, I will probably get to sit for it in December, which means I have to practise driving immediately after exams (or even before) or even during internship... Okay, I only have to do internship if I get to go on exchange in Year 2 Sem 2, if not internship can wait for erm a little longer. But so many things are like stopping me from going on exchange (11 AUs seriously). Maybe should go during Year 3 Semester 1.

Back to driving issue...My lack of confidence in myself (while driving) is obvious.. I can't handle bends (that's what I think), I can turn on the wrong signal (cause I can't differentiate left and right maybe wth) ARGHHH. Oh and my fear of hitting the kerb each time I reverse, fear of hitting the pedestrians (bitch please, don't jaywalk in front of a L plate vehicle or any vehicle), fear of cars not observing the right of way (someone really didn't do it), fear of slamming the brakes too hard. Who said driving was easy, sigh pieee.

Okay nothing much happened this week. Erm tried Noelle's, watched the clouds, continue my running etc. BORING LIFEEE. Oh and then spent my Saturday in school for Welcome Day training :/ ARGHHH, hate travelling to school and hate anything that reminds me of 11AUs. -.- Class dinner after that. Hate navigating around Vivo LOL. Bad sense of direction. Having a car is so shiokkk, secretly love the fact that so many of them can drive now HAHA. Wish to drive someday, but scared of the thought of driving. SIGHHHH.

Some Glee song is playing now. Depressing to think about how Cory is dead :( I think I posted his photo here before when I was still into Glee. SIGHHHHH. So awkward to know someone you used to fangirl over is dead. Okay slightly fangirl over.

Oh talking about songs, I think I have been listening to really weird songs recently. Okay not weird, but songs that I won't expect myself to listen to them. OOPSSS. Oh go check out Ellie Goulding's Burn.

Cause we got the fire, and we're burning one hell of a something

Okay off to read my FAVOURITE book. Inspiring quote for myself haha.

Oh and finally watch Despicable Me 2 on Wednesday hopefully. My favourite girl hehehe.

Random thoughts:

  • Thinking about why I dislike smokers other than the fact they stink (hahaha) and inhaling their secondhand smoke is bad for me (cancer and ruin my stamina, I insist). And I can't believe that someone bother with a term "social smoker". Why not "social thief"? Hypocritical leh. Not that I know many smokers.
  • About how I hate to go out for dinners (LOL) Hi everyone, please ask me for lunch instead. Cause I like to laze at home and I don't want unnecessarily angst from my parents.
  • How I am actually a terrible friend. I love to talk and talk about myself, I think. OH WELL.
  • How much I hate going to Admiralty cause I keep bumping into people promoting religions and asking for money. ARGHHHH. Dubious charity STOP IT. Stop going against your ethics and work for these organisations. GO AND WORK IN A RETAIL STORE OR DO ADMIN WORK INSTEAD. Or better yet, study harder.
  • Movie afternoons at home are so fun. Black Swan and Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind (Y). The former was really dark, probably more enjoyable for people who really like lit. Eh the latter one was good, at least it inspired me (cause I am optimistic or I don't think too much) Next up, Despicable Me. And 500 Days of Summer. Followed by Looper. Joseph Gordon-Levitt? ;)
  • How simple happiness can be. Just standing in the kitchen and chopping ingredients, spreading tomato paste, watching the pizzas LOL. Or running in morning when everyone's at work. Or reading a good book.

First week of unemployment and I am feeling slightly bored at home. Didn't bother initiating many outings cause I know soon I will be broke. One month of pay only sighhh and driving is so expensive. So I have decided to spend most of my days at home.

On Monday I headed out and checked out JEM. Quite cool to have some town-like shops in the west but I still love Orchard more. The smell of the air at Orchard, the Ion food hall with my awesome tako balls (woohoo), the ability to walk to Somerset etc are things that Jurong East can't really have. As for now. Caught World War Z, the adrenaline rush during the movie was good (Y) but there were loopholes and the ending was bad where they attempted to sound deep..Okay, can. Oh before movies, had Ambush for lunch. Making use of lunch offers where everyone was at work/school woohoo. Someday must try other food other than paella. Too risk averse hahaha. Ohhh was supposed to try Paris Baguette but the queue was really crazy. D: OHWELL. Anw I bought something for H&M for the first time. SHOES WOOHOO. Their shoes were pretty good. Maybe should buy the other pair sooooon.

Driving lessons on Tuesday. SO COOL. Drove the car to Sembawang to do my errands and then drove home. With the instructor of course. How cool to run errands with a car.

Then followed by more bumming around at home. And I watched Hansel and Gretel: The Witch Hunters. Gemma Arterton is so hottttt. Okay bumming around includes sleeping for like 10 hours but still feeling sleepy and then taking a nap.

I tried to exercise anyway. New obsession with this video channel which produces videos on workouts that celebrities do. Victoria Secret workout is reallyyy omg. Leg muscles. Tried some core strengthening. ARGHHH weak core. Can't do proper planks. Expecting more aches :(

And Friday (today or should it be yesterday)  STARS warsss. DAMN IT. Didn't manage to add any cores in my first round and in the end I only got 11AUs, wtf. Have to depend on add drop period. Seriously the in-charge deserves a slap ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Okay time for sleep. Tired from all this STARS shitz. And maybe go walk around later today, get some food and make some food finally ^^
