Hi I am here again, feeling slightly less angsty and sad cause I am employed. For a month OH WELL. I seriously hope they will extend my contract and maybe I should hope that the job is really fun. I mean not very stressful. Please have nice people there haha.

Well well, I have spent my past few days on too many interviews, sending emails out to hope that I will get employed. I just realised I haven't been enjoying my life for the past few days. I mean the first week after exams were really awesome but the past few days weren't fun at all.

Weekends were pretty good. Shopping in Town on Saturday. Trying on so many shoes from New Look. Oh well someday I will buy shoes from there. Tried on this really comfortable pair of heels (?) which weren't high at all but really pretty. Talking about shoes, rubi wedges are surprisingly comfortable. One pair. OH WELL TEMPTED BUT WHY DO I HAVE ERM FOUR PAIRS OF WEDGES?! When I only have two pairs of flats. Weird is weird. Anyone wants my Rubi wedges? WRONG SIZE SINCE DK WHEN.

Bought Significant Other OPI nail polish.Still thinking about the Chicago Champagne Toast though it seems really streaky.

THE CHICAGO CHAMPAGNE TOAST

Shall go back and buy that some time next time. Significant Other is pretty also.

OH SO HAPPY TO HAVE TAKO ON SAT. But happy lemon is gone whyyyyyyy.

And Sunday was supposed to be at Sentosa erm but in the end we will at VivoCity. Nvm it was great still and tried apple cider finally hahahaha. And Baileys from Giant. Oh and chocolate wine for sale like wow.

The weekdays werent that good.

Interview at TaiSeng yesterday, today's interview at Prudential and some Jurong East company weren't really good. Came to the realisation that what I really want is to work in Central area like Raffles Place or Tanjong Pagar, wear nice clothes, see people wear nice office wear, jostle with the horrible crowd (idk about this) hahaha. So yay to the chance offered to live this life :)

Imagine all the food omnomnom. Tian Tian chicken rice from Maxwell, the chicken rice at both Maxwell and Amoy (with MM Lee's face LOL), fishball noodles with cute guy, yongtaufoo, Malay food at Amoy, fish noodles and the beehoon thing from Maxwell. -drools- And my dear avocado milkshake, huggs coffee, ABC juice ohmy.

Shouldn't let my Mum see my bank book this weekend oops. Sure die. Driving lessons and contacts collection. OH WELL. Should I try on the sample pair without supervision? Low self efficacy. WHY DOES REBECCA HAVE WORK? (will you see this?)

Money please come to me soon. And must make sure I dont end up spending so much on food lol. LOL had Macs today cause I was trying to save money whaatttttt. Peri chicken not bad.

Okay shall attempt to watch some HK drama or maybe watch it while travelling on my way to work or something. A Great Way to Care II seems like a good choice.

Oh check out the following songs:

  1. When I was younger- Liz Lawrence
  2. Starlight- Taylor Swift
  3. Come Back...Be here- Taylor Swift
  4. Whispers- Dave Baxter
  5. 想幸福的人
And I need to mention how I forgot how awesome Tumblr can be hehe.

SHOES HOW PRETTY

Sometimes I get so angsty and maybe even bitter. Was reading Sylvia Plath's book, should really make sure I don't become emotionally unbalanced haha. I am really angsty ohwell. Headed out alone to do some shopping. And no clothes caught my eye, at least no clothes I would be be willingly and able to buy caught my eye. I mean it's good that I don't have to spend any money but I thought shopping would cheer me up LOL.

I wonder why is it so hard to find a job now. I wonder if it's possible to still find a job. Maybe I wouldn't be so insistent on finding a job if I am not learning driving. Seriously how to get so much money to learn it? And I always want to travel during summer holidays but I guess it's not really possible. Always wanted to head to Bali/Bintan or maybe even Maldives during summer since erm last year during work.

Hate the fact that company keep giving us false hopes. First try to offer us an internship. Then call us for some opening. And now some what work with almost every single day OT for two to three hours. I don't know why did I even agree to it. Maybe I was so happy with the thought of OT and earning more money, but I guess it has more to do with how I don't feel like getting to know new things, learning new ways to survive the company culture. HOW LAZY.

Now I seriously doubt that I want to graduate and I find a job. What if I can't find one? With my cui interview skills and GPA. OH MY ONE WEEK TIME SHIT MAN. I am seriously expecting like a 3.5 ._.

Why on earth do people want to grow up? I mean look at how my nieces and nephews were so entertained with balloons. Isn't that happiness? Oh I am not emo. Just angsty as usual ohwell.

Oh anyway, back to today and shopping, I went around the place with a super black face HAHA. So when this slow moving secondary school kid blocked my way, knocked into me when I was entering the train which almost caused my phone to drop onto the tracks,  I bet my face was "wtf freak you (insert string of vulgarities)" OOPS my bad, but then again I have no idea why some people take forever to move out of the MRT. I HATE IT WHEN I ENTER THE TRAIN WHEN THE ANNOUNCEMENT GOES "DOOR CLOSING" WHEN THE TRAIN ISN'T EVEN CROWDED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Cause this just shows how slow people are moving. OH WELL MY PET PEEVES. Same with how people love to wait for the escalator -.- Queue up for escalator, come on move your legs. Unless you are injured. Or wearing heels. In short, I probably I have some Type A personality which is bad. Should seriously chill more.

Okay this post is getting incoherent. So after my angsty shopping trip (with me not finding any matcha products MEHHH) I decided I need fattening sweet bubble tea to prevent myself from lashing out on anyone. Hokkaido Milk Tea is good. And I love love love ShareTea's jellies. And their white pearls. OMNOMNOM. But please don't order 50%.

Shall head off to sleep. Vroom vroom tomorrow WOOHOO. And then hanging around some museums. See, I am so cultured.

The past week had been really great even though all my money had been flying out of my pockets :O USS, managing to stuff contacts in, West Coast Park and catching up with Wahlim and Lek, breathing in Orchard air early in the morning (despite not getting to shop) and Gardens by the Bay. Wow, have to love life after exams. But then I really need a job I guess. Need to find ways to finance my spending and maybe save up for exchange. Really really want to leave here for a while.

Okay USS was really quite fun. Day packed with adrenaline hahaha. First time going on a rollercoaster with 360 degrees inversion wow. So proud of us. Going on Cylon and Human twice, #achievementunlocked hehe. Well I actually think Revenge of the Mummy is scarier. OH WELL. Transformers was pretty good but the queue was really loooong haha. I really like the fire effects :D Well all the 4D effects were really good haha, was so freaked out by spiders during Shrek LOLLLLLLLLL. Okay really enjoyed all the rides in USS, and the lunch at the restaurant was not bad as well. At least we didn't eat the stupid $11 chicken rice.

Oh yeah kiddy rides after lunch to prevent us from puking our guts out HAHA. Carousel :D :D

HAHA guess who is the happiest from Sesame Street? Awesome company :)

Caught up with the two of them. West Coast Park seems so fun. Sigh how come I didn't visit there when I was much younger?! Koi again oops. Oh and self reminder there's going to be a new flavour! Should go like their page or something to get one free drink of their some mango drink LOL.

Oh on the same day I headed to Orchard for the recruit express. Hopefully I get some work soon. Working at SGH HAHA. My fetish for ... LOL. Oh bought royal pudding which I just ate. Omnomnom. Taste like emicakes though in terms of the creaminess (there's such a word?!) Okay not bad, really want to go back town in some morning and then chill at some cafe (like Paris Baguette) and then shop in the afternoon. And maybe eat my favourite tako, drink my happy lemon. Wow I shudder to think about the amount of food consumed HAHA.

OH AND I SPOILT MY FLATS. OOPS. New wedges. Should have bought flats cause I really cant walk in wedges. HI BLISTERS, how to swim?! :(

Gardens by the bay for the second time :) Now in the morning/afternoon and managed to visit the indoors area. I strongly recommend everyone to visit the cloud dome hehe. I mean just visit it once. Especially if you kind of like flowers and kind of like geography.

I mean there's a man-made waterfall there! I mean nothing compares to a natural waterfall, but if you are in Singapore, I guess er a 7 storey high man-made one is better than nothing?

No I didn't apply any cool effects, this plant really has yellow flowers among its greyish leaves.

Hi tulips. Oh well it's true you can always google for pictures but the sweet smell of tulips can't be found online haha. Really really want visit Holland and see rows and rows of tulips outdoors!

Okay had to rush towards the end but nvm I got to eat my Amoy food. Alone. OH WELL. Really was craving for my yongtaufoo but the stall closed for the day already! Nvm had my fishball noodles. Those who follow me on Twitter may have saw my tweet about how I dreamt I was queuing up for noodles. Erm yeah this is the stall with a kind of cute guy cooking the noodles.

YAY FISHBALL NOODLES :D :D :D But somehow the noodles itself doesn't taste as good. The texture was slightly weird OH WELL. But still the fishballs were good and erm I like eating lard so yeah...

Oh walked to get my Old Tea Hut and wth the queue was freaking loooooong. :( Patiently wait and wait and wait... For like 20 mins sian. OH WELL Gula Melaka Tea :)

Super long journey home. SIGH blistered feet still must give up seat cause I too kind-hearted. Good karma please. 31st May coming liaooo need all the luck and karma hahaha.

Okay good night. Should study hard for BTT, vroom vroom LOL.

HI SUMMER, maybe it's time to watch 500 Days of Summer instead. The exams weren't really good, OB and Biz Ops were damn wth. :( But nvm, say yay to being 1/3 done with university, can't wait to graduate, but I feel really old now.

Well well, Friday was such an unique day. First my bus kind of broke down when I was in school ._. Then I sat beside some guy who was so chillax throughout the econs paper (which I am now speculating it's his deliberate attempt to distract and bell curve people, ok I am lame). Ohhh but the best was having dinner at Swee Choon. Tried so many food for the first time hahaha cause we really ordered a lot. Omnomnom.

(Googled for the menu actually so I can remember what I ate. And then record it down to know what to order hahaha)

  1. Salted egg yolk custard bun. THE LOVE OF MY LIFE TEEHEE. Must order it everytime haha. Really like the idea of salted egg with like the quite soft skin. But sadly it only tastes good like hot. Can never take away :(
  2. Har Kow. I like how the prawn tastes, like quite fresh.
  3. Law Mai Kai. Not a fan of this in general. Anw the spelling looks really weird, but I copied it off the website.
  4. BBQ Pork Rice. Not a fan of this also. Haha.
  5. Beancurd Prawn Roll. I mean the prawn is nice, but I think the beancurd skin makes it a little too oily.
  6. Portuguese eggtart. Yum. But then I generally like egg tarts. Actually theirs is quite good but not the best I guess.
  7. Mee Suah Kueh. Oh my, so happy that I finally got to try this. Cause it really tastes quite good, Like crispy on the outside but the inside is like eating mee sua :D Being a mee sua lover, I obviously like it :)
  8. Baked BBQ pork pastry. Oh well, the only thing I like with baked pork hahaha. Not bad.
  9. Red bean paste pancake. Not a big fan of pancake haha.
  10. Sambal kang kong. I LIKE (Y) NOMNOMNOM.
Tim Ho Wan sounds so good, but I obviously wont be so hardworking to queue for it oh well.

Time to sleep. USS tmr ^^

Really should be studying for my finals but I am feeling so sleepy again. :( Caffeine addict now. It's so bad for my health but I can't help it. SIGH. Trying to convince myself that if it's green tea, it can't be that bad right?

Anyway if you are feeling really bored, feel free to check the list of songs below. I am assuming that there are people who actually bother reading this hahahaa.

  1. Heart Attack(the cover by Sam Tsui and Chrissy) Super gooooood (Y)
  2. Mirrors- Justin Timberlake (quite a while back already I guess)
  3. Just keep breathing- We The Kings
Two papers down. OB was really bad. Really wonder if going into marketing will be a wrong choice. After 19-20 years in my life, I think I may be more suited for maths. Surprise surprise. SIGHHH.

Okay really damn cui. Shall read one more chap of econs (please be nice to me, you were so mean during A levels) before going to sleep. Good nighttt. One more week and we will be no longer fresh. Okay lame is lame. No more freshie!
