Everything will pass, just like how the four plus months in HK flew past. Ten weeks of internship is ending soon! One more week to go.

So for the past few weeks, I have been OT-ing, doing work for travel fair. And thinking whether events is even my cup of tea. Hmm.

But food is the best therapy for everything.

Llaollao at Marina Square after lunch at DTF, checking out the fair at Kimchi and bowling. This yogurt is not bad, much more worth it than Sogurt which tastes kind of too artificial!

Just look out this fishy goodness :> Salmon sushi for like $4.80 I think.

The other lor mee at Hong Lim, hmm. Each lor mee has its own good points I guess.

Oh look who has a photo with My Melody and Hello Kitty that flew from Japan!!

Okay just some of the working perks huh. Taking photos with celebrities LOL.

Been an amazing 9 weeks at work other than feeling tortured when everyone's too busy to allocate me work. Cause I hate having nothing to do. One huge reason why I can never be a tai tai cause tai tai does nothing productive zzz.

Really admire people who are very down-to-earth, really enjoy talking to people of diverse background.

Another long day of work omggggg, good night.

God, give us the reason
Youth is wasted on the young
It's hunting season and this lamb is on the run
Searching for meaning
But are we all lost stars, trying to light up the dark?

One of my new favourite song. Adam Levine's voice is so so good. Few more days to the travel fair! Finished the second season of Sherlock ^^

Okay good night.

Boom clap, the sound in my heart
The beat goes on and on and on and on and
Boom clap, you make me feel good
Come home to me, come home to me now

Current favourite song :>

One more week to the travel fair, three more weeks till the end of Professional Attachment, four more weeks till the start of school and Batam trip.

So what have I been up to, since I am back in Singapore for almost two months hmm.

Been OT-ing for the past week or so, weird how I only have work after 6pm zzz. Kind of sucks that I have to keep pestering for work but kind of happy that the colleagues give me quite a lot of freedom to do things. Like planning games for Mediacorp artistes (hahaha), liaising with sponsors and Mediacorp, SPH etc. Ohhhh go and check out U-Weekly travel supplement magazine hahaha, what the colleagues refer to 'my baby'.

For days that I am not OT-ing, I am like watching Sherlock. Pretty amazing leh Sherlock. Quite exciting and it's good that one season doesn't have that many episodes. Not as draggy as er, TVD. Gave up on TVD already.

So last Saturday, I went to ask for an off day cause I have been OT-ing and I don't have that much day. Tried Lola's cafe ^^ Long queue on weekends I guess cause there's nothing to do in Singapore other than eating and shopping zzz.

YAY EGGS BENEDICT :>

Their coffee was normal, the matcha latte was too sweet. Hmm.

Honey Paprika Crispy Wings, which was quite nice.
Lola's fully monty breakfast. Having the name 'Lola' in it, I thought this was the signature dish. But sadly the scrambled eggs wasn't that good. I MISS AUSTRALIAN DAIRY CO. Can I fly back to HK for it and eat Ichiran ramen too?

Sea salt chocolate tart with coffee cream. Love the chocolate part, but the sea salt taste was too over-powering, can't taste the coffee in the cream.

Oh and guess what, I got the tart for free, cause they took too long with my eggs benedict. Come, everyone should go out with me cause I seem to always get some sort of free food HAHAHA.

Tai Wah Minced Pork Mee, Hong Lim Market and Food Centre.
VERDICT: Supposed to be famous, but it's really not nice leh. I don't like the noodles SIGH.

Matcha Soy Milk Pudding Parfait from Maccha House at Orchard Central B2.
VERDICT: Nice, but I think need to share with people cause it's quite big. I want to go back to try their matcha drinks someday :D

Shoyu Ramen from Santouka Ramen, Central.
VERDICT: Kind of disappointing. :( Don't like the noodles texture, kind of hard and the soup wasn't that good sigh.

Crayfish Hor Fun from Tuck Kee Ipoh Sah Ho Fun #02-40, Hong Lim Complex
VERDICT: Not bad, interesting combination hehe

Laksa from Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa #02-66, Hong Lim Complex
VERDICT: Smells and really good hehe, people who don't eat spicy stuff can eat this too cause the laksa is not spicy at all!

Eggs Benedict from Habitat Coffee
VERDICT: Not bad, at least the eggs flow. But I think there should be better ones around hehe.

Irish cream coffee from Habitat Coffee
VERDICT: SO CUTE, but isn't Irish cream supposed to contain alcohol?! :(

Green tea mille crepes, Lady M
VERDICT: EXPENSIVE but I guess I know why. So many layers, the texture tasted really good, and strong green tea taste (:

Buttermilk waffles topped with fresh fruits and vanilla bean ice-cream, Strangers' Reunion
VERDICT: Ice-cream itself was normal imo but I love the waffles. :D

Green tea shaved ice from Mei Hong Yuen
VERDICT: SIGH, the green tea taste not strong enough, red bean was too sweet, I miss the shaved ice from HK!!

Saveur's pasta
VERDICT: Pretty good :)

Seabass from Saveur
VERDICT: Not bad but a little bit too salty for my liking

Duck confit from Saveur
VERDICT: Not bad too :)

Beef stroganoff from Ma Maison, Central, Clark Quay
VERDICT: Not bad, I thought it will be overrated but this tasted quite good! Love the sauce and the omelette tasted good too. And there's 20% off for ladies on Monday woohoo :)

Look at all the fattening food omggg. Wallet is thin, me is fat. LOL. Okay, need good food to survive horrible work. OT all day everyday without extra pay :'(

SIGHHH nighttt :)
